Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) providing individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, patient/family education, discharge planning, and promoting a culture of safety and quality. Requires RN licensure and nursing education from an accredited program; continuing education and department-specific certifications may be required.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse license required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC/TCAR or equivalent certifications may be required by department
- Minimum Work Experience: Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
