Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care (CCU) working nights (7pm-7:30am) for 36 hours per week in Scituate, MA. Provides individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care following the nursing process, including medication administration, plan of care development and documentation, patient/family education, discharge planning support, and adherence to safety, privacy, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities span assessment, care planning, documentation, patient and family-centered care, safety/quality initiatives, professional development, and utilization of technology and compliance practices. Requires valid RN license and applicable certifications as specified by department (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, TCAR may be required). Minimum education is a nursing degree from an accredited program; acute care RN experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse required
- BLS Certification may be required
- ACLS Certification may be required
- NRP Certification may be required
- PALS Certification may be required
- TNCC Certification may be required
- TCAR Certification may be required
