Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights - 7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manage individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through assessment, planning, and implementation of treatments per departmental policies. Administer medications, perform reconciliations, and document narcotic withdrawals and discrepancies accurately. Develop and update prioritized plans of care, initiating admission assessments within eight hours and reassessing patient needs continuously. Ensure patient safety by verifying two identifiers before invasive procedures, adhering to CDC hand hygiene guidelines, and responding to hospital codes. Communicate daily care plans via whiteboard, facilitate discharges by noon, and address ethical concerns with the clinical team. Uphold cultural competence, safeguard patient privacy, and complete mandatory compliance and professional development education.
