Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Critical Care (CCU) for 36 hours per week on night shift (7pm–7:30am, 3 nights/week). Responsibilities include medication administration, planning and documenting individualized care plans, patient and family education, ensuring safety and quality through adherence to policies, utilization of technology (Lotus Notes, department software), and participation in professional development. Requires nursing licensure (RN) and related certifications as applicable by department (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, TCAR). Works within MA Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies to deliver patient-centered care in the CCU.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum Education - Preferred: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC/TCAR certifications may be required by department
