Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights - 7pm-7:30amx3/week

Assess, plan, and provide individualized nursing care for critical care patients, including medication administration, documentation, and discharge coordination. Develop and update prioritized problem lists, reassess patient comfort and needs, and communicate daily plans via whiteboard. Foster a culture of safety by verifying patient identification, adhering to infection control protocols, and responding to emergency codes. Collaborate with clinical teams to address ethical concerns, support patient and family preferences, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain professional development through evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives.
