Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights -7pm-7:30amx3/week

Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care CCU: Provides individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, planning and documenting a patient-focused plan of care, safety/quality duties to foster a culture of safety, professional development, and utilizing technology (Lotus Notes) in daily workflows. Performs admission assessment, ongoing assessment/reassessment, and discharge planning with a goal of timely discharge. Ensures patient/family-centered care, ethical decision-making, and effective communication across the care team. Requires adherence to department and hospital policies, regulatory standards, and compliance programs. Minimum education: graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; licensure as RN with applicable certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, TCAR may be required by department). Location: Pembroke, MA. 36 hours per week with night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) three nights per week.
