Job Summary
Provide 36-hour weekly CCU nursing coverage during nights (7pm-7:30am) including medication administration and comprehensive Plan of Care development; document nursing care in accordance with hospital policies; ensure patient safety and quality through adherence to hand hygiene, regulatory guidelines, and CAMS policies; coordinate discharge planning and family-centered care; perform admission assessment and ongoing reassessment, and communicate care plans across shifts; utilize nursing process and professional standards to maintain compliant and high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum Licenses/Certifications: RN, BLS, ACLS, (NRP, PALS, TNCC, TCAR may be required)
