Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Registered Nurse in the Critical Care (CCU) unit available for 36-hour weekly nights (7pm-7:30am, x3/week) in Hanover, MA. Provides individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process; administers medications with policy adherence, completes medication reconciliation, documents narcotic administration and discrepancies, and maintains patient safety. Develops, evaluates, and updates patient care plans; conducts admission assessments and ongoing assessments, documents outcomes, and communicates the plan of care to patients/families. Maintains patient and family-centered care, facilitates discharge planning, and ensures safety through hand hygiene, regulatory compliance, and escalation via the chain of command. Utilizes technology (Lotus Notes, department software) and adheres to privacy and security policies. Requires completion of mandatory compliance education and demonstrates professional collaboration across disciplines. Minimum education is a nursing program graduate with required RN licensure; prior acute care RN experience preferred. Location: Hanover, MA, United States.
