Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Critical Care/CCU setting provides individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation and plan-of-care development, patient/family education and engagement, discharge planning, and ensuring safety/quality through adherence to hospital policies and procedures. This role emphasizes professional development, utilization of department technology (e.g., Lotus Notes, unit software), compliance with legal/ethical standards, and collaboration with the care team. Requires RN licensure and may involve department-specific certifications; shift is nights (7pm–7:30am) for 36 hours per week in Hanover, MA.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- RN license required
- BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC/TCAR certifications may be required per department
Desired Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum Work Experience: Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
