Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the nursing process; administers medications and reconciles medications per policy; develops and updates individualized plans of care; communicates effectively with patients and families; promotes patient safety and quality through structured nursing practices, documentation, and adherence to department policies; facilitates discharge planning and coordination; emphasizes patient/family-centered care, ethical considerations, and collaboration with the health care team; utilizes technology (including Lotus Notes) and maintains compliance with hospital policies; supports ongoing professional development and maintains required certifications as listed.
