Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights -7pm-7:30amx3/week

Provides individualized nursing care in the CCU, coordinating and delivering care through the nursing process. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, developing and updating patient-centered plans of care, documenting care per policies, and ensuring safe care with two-identifier patient verification, hand hygiene, and regulatory compliance. Emphasizes patient/family-centered care, ethical considerations, effective communication, discharge planning, and collaboration with the care team. Utilizes technology and hospital systems (e.g., Lotus Notes) to support practice, maintains professional development, and adheres to department policies, safety standards, and privacy requirements. Requires RN licensure and relevant certifications; minimum education is graduate of an accredited nursing program; prior acute care experience preferred.
