Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manages individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process for CCU patients during 36-hour/week nights. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, developing and updating individualized Plan of Care, comprehensive documentation, and ensuring patient/family-centered care. Practices safe care delivery per hospital policies, maintains situational awareness of safety/quality standards, supports ethical decision-making, communicates care plans across shifts, and facilitates discharge planning. Leverages technology (e.g., Lotus Notes) and adheres to compliance/privacy standards. Requires RN licensure and nursing practice in acute care; familiarity with ACLS/BLS and other department-specific certifications may be required.
