Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week,nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the nursing process; administers medications, completes medication reconciliation, documents narcotic handling, develops, updates and communicates an individualized plan of care, initiates admission assessments within 8 hours, conducts ongoing assessments, documents care per policies, facilitates discharge planning, ensures patient/family-centered care, maintains a culture of safety, adheres to hand hygiene and regulatory standards, utilizes Lotus Notes and department software, collaborates with multi-disciplinary team, and pursues ongoing professional development while complying with hospital policies and privacy requirements.
