Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care (CCU) providing 36 hours per week across night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3 shifts/week). Manages individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process; administers medications per SSH policies; completes medication reconciliation; develops and updates patient care plans; documents care in accordance with department and hospital policies; emphasizes patient/family-centered care and communication; facilitates discharge planning; maintains a culture of safety and quality through standard precautions, hand hygiene, regulatory compliance, and privacy protections; supports professional development and ongoing competency; uses technology (including Lotus Notes) as part of daily nursing practice; adheres to applicable policies and procedures and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care for adult patients with CHF, PNA, and other conditions as appropriate. Minimum education: RN graduate; licensure and potential required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, TCAR) as determined by department. Location: Scituate, MA, United States.
