Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) -36hrs/week,nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the nursing process; provides care, treatment and services through coordination and completion of assessment, planning, delivery, and documentation per hospital policies. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, developing and updating a plan of care, documenting patient care per nursing policy, ensuring patient/family education, facilitating discharge/transfer planning, and maintaining a culture of safety and compliance. Demonstrates professional development, uses technology (Lotus Notes, learning systems), and collaborates with patients and families to meet care needs. Adheres to privacy and security policies, supports patient-centered care, and addresses ethical considerations; supports age- and culture-appropriate care and effective communication across the care team.
