Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Critical Care (CCU) environment. Responsible for managing individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process, including medication administration, medication reconciliation, documentation of narcotic counts, and planning and evaluating patient care. Develops, updates, and communicates individualized plans of care, facilitates discharge planning, ensures patient and family-centered care, maintains safety and quality through adherence to policies, CDC guidelines, and regulatory standards, and utilizes clinical workflows and systems (e.g., Lotus Notes) to support nursing practice. Requires compliance with MA Nurse Practice Act and possession of appropriate BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC/TCAR certifications as applicable by department; minimum education is a nursing graduate from an accredited program. Minimum work experience in acute care preferred. Minimum education and licensure details emphasize RN licensure and nursing competencies as described.
