Job Summary
Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critical cardiac patients. Deliver care plans with independent judgment while collaborating with the team to coordinate daily patient flow and optimize outcomes. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, provide education to families, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, changes, and compliance incidents. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold safety standards, and mentor staff through shared governance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- Full Time Nights 36 Hours per week (3/12s)
