Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a Crisis Care Center (PRN) providing comprehensive nursing care to individuals in acute mental health and/or substance use crises. Responsibilities include conducting physical and mental health assessments, administering and monitoring medications, managing psychotropic treatments, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with prescribers and a multidisciplinary team. The RN may serve as charge nurse, providing shift-level clinical oversight, coordinating nursing activities, and supporting safe operations. Emphasis on trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered care; adherence to ODMHSAS and agency standards; involvement in crisis stabilization, medical clearance, care coordination, discharge planning, and escalation of crises as needed.
Required Qualifications
- ASN required
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
- Drug Free Workplace
