Registered Nurse RN Corrections

Assess and plan individual treatment programs, administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures under Charge Nurse supervision. Count controlled substances, implement clinical and technical aspects of care per established protocols, and document nursing encounters using the SOAP form. Communicate critical information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work 12-hour shifts (0600-1830) with weekend and holiday rotation at 0.9 FTE.
