Job Summary
Provide resident care in accordance with physician treatment plans and written care plans. Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and perform medication administration and treatments as directed. Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care while ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. This role supports a 106-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility at Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, guided by core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
