Job Summary
Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions across multiple departments including ICU, OR, and Emergency Services. Provide timely documentation, complete interdisciplinary care plans, and conduct quality improvement assessments for each patient. Maintain current state RN license, ACLS certification, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. One-year acute care experience required; ASLS certification preferred. Full-time variable 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
