Registered Nurse (RN)

Deliver comprehensive patient care by administering medications and IV therapies, monitoring vital signs hourly or every two hours, and developing individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Coordinate discharge planning with physicians and families, ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR while maintaining infection control standards and a safe environment. Monitor patient conditions, promptly respond to call lights, and communicate significant changes to the team leader or physician during shift handoffs. Manage conflict constructively, lead ancillary staff, and participate in performance improvement activities to enhance nursing practice.
