Registered Nurse (RN) - Complete Weight Management (outpatient)

Conduct triage assessments in person and via telephone to determine appropriate care levels for patients. Perform clinical tasks including obtaining vital signs, administering vaccines, performing EKGs, and assisting with minor surgical procedures and dressing changes. Evaluate patient needs, readiness to learn, and schedule appointments while documenting psychosocial and physiological status. Handle in-office and telephone emergencies, follow up on stat labs and procedures, and facilitate medication refills. Teach patients on diabetic management and inhaler use, and assist residents and medical students in patient care delivery. Participate in quality improvement projects. Requires current NJ RN license, CPR certification, and minimum six months of primary care practice experience.
