Registered Nurse (RN) Community Health Services (PART-TIME)

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a technically complex environment, adhering to the nursing process and AACN's Synergy Model standards. Precept new healthcare staff and guide clinical educators through competency validation during orientation. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care while modeling proficiency for new hires. Requires state RN licensure, approximately six months of ICU or PCU experience, or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. Full-time day and night rotation with onsite availability.
