Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability for resident satisfaction. Incorporate the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily practice to meet total nursing needs. Day shift runs 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM; evening shift runs 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM.
