Job Summary
Deliver outcome-focused nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality and efficiency. Identify resident needs, provide input for discharge planning, and assist in developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Implement care plans consistently while working with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share relevant information regarding changing plans. Maintain resident comfort and demonstrate current nursing practices throughout the length of stay. Requires current RN licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
