Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and responsible parties to develop individualized plans of care, implementing them consistently and cost-efficiently. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing appropriate resources for counseling and discharge planning. Maintain a license in good standing with no registry findings and hold current CPR certification. Flexible scheduling available with excellent pay, multiple incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including education reimbursement up to $7,500 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
