Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery while collaborating across departments for coordinated direct care. Serve as a resource for staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This role offers one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with preferred ACLS and CRRN certifications. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
