Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct the daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide direct care skills including colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration while ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments as indicated. Participate in admission, discharge, and transfers; initiate and update care plans; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet holistic resident needs. Perform rounds to verify duties and report incidents or allegations of abuse to leadership. Ensure adequate stock of medications and supplies, maintain infection control principles, and comply with survey processes and QAPI activities. Full-time and part-time shifts available with a weekend differential of $3.00/hour and a full-time sign-on bonus of $3,000.
