Registered Nurse-RN-Cobb-Neuro/Stroke-FT-Days

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro/stroke patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, culturally diverse care while partnering with patients and families for bedside teaching and goal-focused plans. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives and research utilization. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC safety goals, and all system policies while managing direct patient care across the continuum.
