Job Summary
Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care while coordinating interdisciplinary rounds and documentation. Partner with patients and families to set care goals, participate in shared governance activities, and lead performance improvement initiatives. Mentor staff and students, contribute to protocol development, and uphold legal and accreditation standards. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Full-time day shift required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours Required
- direct patient care experience Preferred
