Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Unit Leader - Ashland Emergency Center

Coordinate patient care on the Ashland ED unit by adjusting schedules, managing assignments, and facilitating safe admissions, transfers, and discharges. Lead the nursing team through daily rounds, conflict resolution, and mentorship while ensuring adherence to infection control and environmental safety standards. Serve as the primary clinical resource for staff, patients, and families to maintain optimal patient experience and operational efficiency. This role supports the Clinical Manager in driving quality improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, and interprofessional collaboration within the care delivery system.
