Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Support - Full-Time

Job Summary
This Clinical Support RN position involves managing education programs, site accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives within the Clinical Services Department of CorrectHealth. The role requires travel throughout Georgia and includes onsite staffing coverage as needed. Candidates must have a current RN license, 3-5 years of RN experience, and preferred management experience. Knowledge of NCCHC and ACA standards in correctional healthcare is beneficial, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a RN in the state of employment
- 3-5 years RN experience required
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- American Heart Association BLS required
- Knowledge required to develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Working knowledge of the NCCHC, ACA, and state standards of health care in the correctional environment preferred
- Strong communication, training, and leadership skills required
