Job Summary
RN - Clinical Resource Unit Float (Adult) with 0.9 FTE on night shift (7p-7a) at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Float pool RN provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with standards, policies, and procedures. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active IL RN license, BLS, with ACLS; PALS to be obtained within 3 months. This is a full-time position within a magnet-designated acute care hospital, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to quality patient care across the continuum.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS; PALS to be obtained within 3 months of start date
