Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Direct nursing care coordination across Med-Surg, NICU, Oncology, and Trauma units, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered throughput during designated shifts. Monitor and evaluate patient care services in collaboration with management, assist with admission and discharge processes, and manage staff scheduling while supporting proper inventory control. Serve as a resource for staff by recommending training, resolving conflicts, and implementing policies to improve outcomes and service. Obtain ACLS and BCLS within 30 days of employment. Requires two years of acute care leadership experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting, an active RN license, and a BSN preferred.
