Job Summary
Clinical Manager, Home Care: oversee personnel and patient care services, ensure Start of Care compliance, monitor outcomes, participate in on-call rotation, manage staffing and patient-related issues, supervise charting and staff performance, assist with budget and supply costs, lead hiring and training, collaborate with intake and referral sources, and ensure adherence to Medicare/ federal guidelines and company policies while delivering high-quality home health care to patients in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of Three (3) years of experience as an RN or PT in an acute care setting
- Home health experience highly desired
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
