Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager- Home Health

Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards. Manage clinical staff for OASIS admissions, case management, and recertifications while coordinating with a team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and aides to meet patient goals. Direct caregivers to maintain compliance, oversee QA processes for skilled documentation, and ensure medical supplies and equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures. Assess patient needs, resolve issues, and effectively manage financial resources related to quality care delivery. Requires an active RN or BSN license in Massachusetts, minimum one year of nursing experience in home healthcare, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Located in Lexington, Massachusetts, within a 25-mile radius.
