Job Summary
Clinical Manager, Home Care oversees personnel and patient care services, ensures Start of Care compliance, monitors quality and safe delivery of home health services, participates in on-call rotation, manages staffing and patient-related issues, collaborates with intake and referral sources, and supports budgeting and staff development. Requires active RN license, 3+ years of acute care experience, and ability to supervise clinical staff, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with Medicare/federal guidelines. Hybrid work arrangement available after 90 days (3 days in office, 2 days work-from-home).
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an RN or PT in an acute care setting
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
