Job Summary
Coordinate safe patient care delivery for diverse populations under Nurse Director/Manager direction. Assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize goals, evaluate care delivery, and revise the plan of care to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational requirements. Delegate care as appropriate to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Requires current Kansas RN licensure, an Associate's degree in nursing, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS for ICU/PCU roles. Required Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN Licensure
- Associate's degree in nursing
- BLS certification
- Tele, ICU, and PCU require ACLS
- Post-surgery requires oncology certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- At least one-year recent experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
