Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator for Ambulatory, Primary Care at North Greenville Med Campus in Travelers Rest, SC. Manages daily clinical operations of the clinics, provides direct and indirect patient care, and oversees clinical flow for assigned departments. Coordinates clinical support for patients, families, physicians, and staff; participates in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental growth and enhancements. Provides leadership, planning, and organization of clinical staff activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality health care. Assists physicians with examinations and procedures, directs clinical telephone calls, maintains staffing plans, develops onboarding/orientation programs, and supports regulatory compliance (DEA, DHEC, CLIA). Oversees physician schedules, maintains supplies and pharmaceuticals, and supports quality improvement initiatives; conducts programs to enhance patient satisfaction and ensures adherence to applicable regulations. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), two years nursing experience in the specialty area (or equivalent combinations), and an active RN license. CPR certification is required. Day shift; full-time opportunity; located in Travelers Rest, South Carolina.
