Job Summary
Assess patient physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs; facilitate and evaluate patient follow-through and compliance to healthcare interventions. Utilize the nursing process to provide ongoing patient care in outpatient settings, triaging patients by phone to appropriate levels of care. Administer immunizations and medications safely per policy, facilitate completion of diagnostic testing, and provide teaching to patients and families. Requires current BLS/CPR certification and Wisconsin or Illinois RN licensure. Salary range $28.25 - $43.00 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Entry Level experience
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or Illinois based on job location assignment
- The ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language
