Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic

Assess patient conditions and nursing care needs, then set goals and prescribe interventions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative requirements. Develop individual nursing care plans, implement them with revisions as needed, and evaluate outcomes while collaborating with physicians and ancillary departments. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies; communicate with patients and provide education on their conditions. Accurately document observations, assessments, medications, and care provided. Maintain facility equipment and supplies, assist in new employee orientation, and coordinate department operations. Participate in performance and process improvement activities. Minimum overnight travel up to 10% required.
