Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living while monitoring symptoms and reporting changes. Guide patients and families on health maintenance, coordinate care schedules with patient preferences, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system. Offer emotional support and collaborate with case managers and physicians to ensure holistic, personalized care. Work as a 1099 Independent Contractor earning $36.00 - $38.00/hr, requiring a valid RN license, BLS certification, and willingness to travel to patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active RN License in the state of practice.
- A willingness to travel, bringing care directly to patients' homes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Ability to pass a state & federal background check, ensuring trust and safety.
- Malpractice Insurance is required.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with a warm, empathetic approach.
