Registered Nurse, RN

Perform nursing assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and develop effective plans of care to minimize rehospitalizations. Collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to establish measurable goals and delegate responsibilities to staff. Supervise interventions to ensure tasks are implemented correctly and communicate patient information between shifts.
