Job Summary
RN Clinical Periop Nurse in the OR delivering individualized, patient-centered perioperative care. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes, adheres to evidence-based practice and professional standards, and supports patient and family education. Responsibilities include performing nursing processes, coordinating care, documenting thoroughly, participating in performance improvement, and serving as a preceptor/mentor. Requires BLS, ACLS, and PALS; minimum 5 years of direct patient care; Day shift 6:45am–7:15pm with call; WellStar governance model and nursing competencies guide practice.
Required Qualifications
- BLS

- PALS
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience
- Associate's Nursing or Diploma, Nursing or Bachelor’s Nursing - Preferred
