Registered Nurse (RN)-Circulating-Operating Room -Weekend

Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and just-in-time patient teaching while documenting care safely and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to align goals with the plan of care, ensuring cultural diversity is reflected in service delivery. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and mentorship duties as a preceptor or mentor for new staff and students. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, value analysis, and data collection to drive safe, quality outcomes and support shared governance activities.
