Registered Nurse (RN)-Circulating-Operating Room -Weekend

Conduct the Nursing Process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care in the operating room. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and partner with patients and families to set care goals. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar's 5-Star Nursing framework while participating in performance improvement and shared governance activities. Mentor staff and students, lead value analysis, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Requires a BSN, 5 years of direct patient care experience, and RN, BLS, and BLS Instructor certifications.
