Registered Nurse (RN)-Circulating-Operating Room -Weekend

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure safe, individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting care and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals, provide education, and adapt service delivery to cultural diversity. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the nursing workforce. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Uphold legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards including TJC Patient Safety Goals. Maintain licensure and certifications including RN, multi-state compact, and BLS instructor/provisional. Requires a BSN, 5 years direct patient care experience, and Monday-Friday 10:45 AM-9:15 PM shift.
