Registered Nurse (RN)-Circulating-Operating Room -Weekend

Conduct bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time patient teaching to coordinate safe, individualized care for surgical patients. Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice standards while documenting outcomes and collaborating with the periop team. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities to promote recruitment and retention. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act requirements and TJC safety goals through continuous competency assessments and protocol development.
