Registered Nurse -( RN) Circulating Operating Room-FT-Days

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in the operating room. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives to promote evidence-based practice and reduce adverse events. Mentor preceptors and staff to support workforce development and model professional nursing standards. Requires 5 years of direct patient care experience, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Full-time days schedule with every third Saturday off.
